Taken by UNE Professional

Hello new Nor’ Easter! Whether you are an incoming First year student or a transferring Graduate student this handbook is for you. This handbook is a guide to help incoming students figure out and adjust to the transition that is coming into college and living on your own for the first time. The personal accounts of the people being interviewed as well as the advice they give is crucial and important so we suggest you take it seriously. These accounts from these current UNE students come from members of the classes of 2024,2025, 2026, as well as faculty from the library on campus coaching staff. This handbook is the guide to your future institution and is an honest look into what your day to day life is going to look like as a future Nor’Easter.  It is of the highest importance that these tips and pieces of advice run with them. We hope that your first semester as a college student or first semester as a Nor’Easter is one to remember. We all wish you the best of luck and hope everything goes smoothly. One last thing, you’re not alone there are many people here going through the same thing that you are. Time moves fast so take the time to enjoy the experience that is college at the University of New England.
