The Main Reason Why Students Don’t Succeed in Life

When it comes to all levels of schooling and the dread of having to work as an adult. Many students will see their youth as a time to slack off or have as much fun as possible. They will procrastinate and push off deadline because they feel it is not necessary or important to focus on. Students dig themselves large holes and put themselves in dangerous situations when it comes to grades because they just simply don’t care.
I have also been victim to this type of thinking and it is not a good feeling afterwards. After dealing with the backlash of slacking off, I have decided to think of many reasons why I should take school seriously. So I came up with my favorite reason to succeed. Now every student is different, each individual is allowed to come up with their own personal thoughts and ideas on what makes them successful but to me, success is defined as the idea of living a life worry free. If a student is capable of obtaining a job or career that allows them to relax mentally then I considered that succession. If a student is capable of working hard in school and learning everything they possibly can to help them succeed, then when they reach the career stage, there should be no issues or worries about trying to “catch up”.

If everyone decides to take it easy in their schooling, then that just provides individuals like myself who have a growth mindset a better chance at succeeding in their careers. Constant learning and growth is necessary if a person wants to succeed in life, even though most students won’t take it serious enough to get to where they want to in life. Most students will end up in careers that they do not like and dread going to, all because they decided to slack off during their youth.
